IT System Consultant Location: Cranford, NJ and New York City Type: IT consulting staff Requirements: Candidate should have several years experience in system implementation, database design, training, support and a solid understanding of the accounting business process. Candidate should also have knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains software. MS Great Plains certifications a plus. Senior Tax Research Analyst Location: Cranford, NJ Type: IT consulting staff Requirements: Candidate must have 4 + years of experience in corporate tax research, consulting and compliance with a multi-area firm. Knowledge of IRC, IRS regulations, revenue rulings coupled with good client service and creative problem solving skills a plus. SEC Audit Manager: Location: Cranford, NJ Type: Accounting staff Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum 5 + years managerial and SEC experience in public accounting. Experience in closely held corporations, publicly traded companies, tax preparation(ProSystems), Sarbanes Oxely. MS Excel, Word, and Engagement a plus.
