Public Accounting - SEC Audit Manager Location: Cranford Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 + years managerial and SEC experience in public accounting. Experience in closely held corporations, publicly traded companies, tax preparation (Pro systems), Sarbanes Oxley. MS Excel & Word, and Engagement a plus. Accountant Quality Control Location: Cranford Requirements: Position requires the ability to apply U.S. GAAP, PCAB audit standards (U.S. GAAS) and SSARS standards to financial statements and underlying work papers. Salary and benefits commensurate with experience. PT candidates will be considered. Senior Tax Research Analyst Location: Cranford Requirements: Candidate must have 4 + years of experience in corporate tax research, consulting and compliance with a public accounting firm. Knowledge of IRC, IRS regulations, revenue rulings coupled with good client service and creative problem solving skills a plus. Account - Corporate Tax Preparer Location: Cranford Requirements: Experienced Corporate Tax Preparer. Experience in ProSystems, Engagement and Quickbooks a plus. Sr. Staff Accountant Location: NYC Requirements: Perform advanced accounting duties, particularly to clients in China. Requires bachelor’s in Accounting + Chinese language fluency (Shanghainese).
