Audit Manager – Erisa Benefit Funds
Location: Cranford
Requirements: A minimum of 5 years experience of managing employee benefit plan audits is preferred. The candidate should also possess strong written and verbal skills as well as being committed to providing high level client service. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required and CPA license is preferred. This individual will oversee all aspects of client service including: Supervision of audit staff; Scheduling engagements; Audit planning; Review of work papers and financial statements; Interaction with Plan Administrators and key personnel; Special projects; Attendance of board of Trustees Meetings; Review of DOL and IRS filings; Review of staff performance; and Marketing activities. The audit manager will report directly to the engagement principal.
Public Accounting - Audit Manager
Location: Cranford
Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of five years managerial and SEC experience in public accounting. Experience in closely held corporations, publicly traded companies, tax preparation (Pro systems), Sarbanes Oxley, Microsoft Excel & Word, and Engagement a plus.
